Returns Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

At WTTC Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer an exchange, provided the item is:
  • In original, unworn condition with tags attached.
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping costs (both return and reshipment) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items

  • If your item has a major manufacturing fault that affects wearability, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • To request a return for a faulty item, please contact us at [your email] with:
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the fault.
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, we may cover return shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds for faulty items will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been assessed.
