At WTTC Clothing, we want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is:

• unworn, unwashed, and original condition
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shopwelcometotheclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important Notes:

• No returns on sale items or gift cards
• Customer will be invoiced for the cost of returns shipping, along with shipping of the new item in the instance of an exchange
• WTTC Clothing will provide the returns shipping label
• If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make it right.

• All items purchased as part of this flash sale are considered final sale.
• Final sale items are not eligible for change of mind refunds, exchanges, or replacements, including for incorrect size or style selection.
• This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
