local emos

most of our pieces are made to order, not mass-produced in some soulless warehouse. sooo please allow 2–3 business days for us to print, pack and ship your order. once it ships, you’ll get tracking straight to your inbox. all aussie orders are sent via australia post.

international emos

we ship internationally via australia post to the following regions:

• USA
• canada
• europe
• new zealand

if your country isn’t listed and you’re desperate (we get it), email us and we’ll see what we can do!

shipping times

international shipping times vary depending on where you live and how long customs decides to hold your package hostage. Please allow time for international transit and customs processing. once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking info so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

duties, taxes & customs

any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are not included in your order total. if your country charges fees, that’s between you and customs. we wish we could fight them for you, but we cannot cos we'll end up on the no-fly list.

lost or delayed parcels

once your order is in the hands of australia post, delays can happen (international shipping is chaotic by nature). if your parcel seems stuck or lost, reach out and we’ll help out!

At WTTC Clothing, we want you to love your order. If something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your Customer Account 

Important Notes:

★ No returns on sale items or gift cards

★ WTTC Clothing will provide the returns shipping label, $10 for returns shipping will be deducted from the refund/store credit. Exchange shipping is $15, customer will be sent an invoice and returns label will be sent once the invoice is paid.

 ★ Rhinestones are delicate. While every effort is made to ensure you receive an item that will stand the test of time, sometimes things don't go quite to plan. Losing a rhinestone here or there is normal, but, if you feel you have lost enough that it is noticeable please reach out to us on hello@wttcclothing.com as soon as you notice.

 ★  We will guarantee the life of your rhinestones for the first 60 days after your order is delivered. After that, we will only replace or refund any which can be considered to have a major factory fault. Please reach out on hello@wttcclothing.com with photos if you have any issues.

 ★ If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out as soon as possible.

when you place a pre-order, you’re locking in a piece that’s not in stock yet but very much on its way. these items are made especially for you, not pulled off a dusty shelf. think of it as calling dibs before anyone else.

can i cancel a pre-order?

• if your pre-order is paartially paid and hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it.
• once your order has been fulfilled, it can’t be cancelled as it’s on it's way to you.

WTTC started in brisbane by an emo baddie named jessi. she ran it for 5 years keeping emos dripped out in sick merch. then another emo baddie named claire joined from melbourne. WTTC is a small business 100% owned by women.

we design pieces with personality for people who grew up online, in the pit or the club and never saw themselves reflected in streetwear.

tbh we were tired of all the cool brands being owned by dudes. there's only so many websites you can scroll before realising behind every hot tattooed baddie in a t-shirt is a random guy making money. we wanted rhinestones. we wanted crop tops. we wanted clothes that actually represent us and our friends, the ones we wished existed growing up. so we made them.

everything we make is rooted in community and doing things our own way. from hand-printed tees to melting our nails while rhinestoning, wttc is about disrupting the boys club and saving everyone a spot in the pit.

jessi can be found raising her metalhead 5 year old and hyper-fixating on rhinestones. claire can be found running her nightclub emo never sleeps and saying "can we expense a trip to thailand" to jessi.
