local emos

most of our pieces are made to order, not mass-produced in some soulless warehouse. sooo please allow 2–3 business days for us to print, pack and ship your order. once it ships, you’ll get tracking straight to your inbox. all aussie orders are sent via australia post.

international emos

we ship internationally via australia post to the following regions:

• USA
• canada
• europe
• new zealand

if your country isn’t listed and you’re desperate (we get it), email us and we’ll see what we can do!

shipping times

international shipping times vary depending on where you live and how long customs decides to hold your package hostage. Please allow time for international transit and customs processing. once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking info so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

duties, taxes & customs

any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are not included in your order total. if your country charges fees, that’s between you and customs. we wish we could fight them for you, but we cannot cos we'll end up on the no-fly list.

lost or delayed parcels

once your order is in the hands of australia post, delays can happen (international shipping is chaotic by nature). if your parcel seems stuck or lost, reach out and we’ll help out!

we want you to love your order. if something’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is:

• unworn, unwashed and original condition
• to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@wttcclothing.com with your order number and reason for return

IMPORTANT:

• no returns on sale items or gift cards
• returns to be sent back to our office in brisbane at the cost of the customer, we'll provide our address via email
• if your item is faulty or incorrect, please reach out as soon as possible so we can make it right

PRE-ORDERS

pre-orders are made to order just for you, so they’re not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind or size exchanges. the only exception is a major fault so if something arrives genuinely flawed, hit us up and we’ll sort it.

not loving it? still reach out. we can’t promise a return, but we’ll always see how we can help.

when you place a pre-order, you’re locking in a piece that’s not in stock yet but very much on its way. these items are made especially for you, not pulled off a dusty shelf. think of it as calling dibs before anyone else.

can i cancel a pre-order?

• if your pre-order is paartially paid and hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it.
• once your order has been fulfilled, it can’t be cancelled as it’s on it's way to you.
